AT Custom software Andrii Tokar

Custom software for companies that dispatch people to jobs

Less Excel. Less phone. More system.

I build software that takes the manual paperwork out of daily operations: order intake, scheduling, time tracking and reporting. For staffing agencies, cleaning and moving companies and trades businesses with 20 to 200 employees.

From the work, not from a brochure
Five years on a staffing and dispatch platform: hundreds of thousands of orders a year, €25M+ turnover.
Extend instead of replace
The systems you run stay. I build next to them and connect what belongs together.
Hosted in Germany
Software I run for you is hosted in a data centre in Germany; we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before go-live.
The Process Check
1–2 weeks, fixed price €1,500–2,500. You get a map of your workflows, the time losses in hours and money, and an implementation plan with effort and cost. Then you decide, without pressure.

Where these companies lose time, again and again

Three places I keep finding in staffing, cleaning, moving and trades businesses. The answer is rarely a whole new system — it is a piece of software exactly at that point.

Scheduling in Excel, chat groups and someone’s head

Problem

Who works where tomorrow lives in a spreadsheet, in chat groups and in the dispatcher’s memory. When someone drops out, the office starts calling around.

Solution

Order intake and scheduling in one system: available people, qualifications and dates at a glance, assignment in seconds, notifications automatic. A no-show becomes visible immediately.

Hours on paper, records on request

Problem

Timesheets reach the office days later, partly unreadable, partly not at all. Invoicing, payroll and every record depend on them.

Solution

Capture straight from the employee’s phone: start, end, job site. The numbers are in the office the same day, invoicing builds on them, and the documentation is there when someone asks for it.

The working day runs on phone calls

Problem

Status updates, questions and photos come in by phone. The office spends its day chasing people instead of handling orders — and none of it ends up in a system.

Solution

Orders, statuses and notifications on the phone through a messenger bot or a web app — no app install, no training. Exactly this is live at one client, used daily by thousands of people.

Why work with me

I know how this business runs day to day — not from presentations, but from five years on a platform that puts people on jobs every morning.

Five years in exactly this business

From 2020 to 2026 on a staffing and dispatch platform serving both companies and private customers. Responsible for worker management, salary calculation, employee ratings and the corporate orders module — the parts that decide who works and what they get paid.

No system swap while you are running

I do not sell a new all-in-one product. New services are built next to what already runs and connected to it — that is exactly how I build Symfony services around a grown Yii2 core today, without stopping operations.

Direct, no agency in between

You talk to the developer, not to an account manager. Proposal, delivery and later maintenance from one person, invoiced directly, registered business in Germany.

How we start

A clear sequence, no black box. At every point you know what happens next, what it costs and where you can step out.

Step
01
First call, 20 minutes

You describe how orders come in today and how scheduling works. I tell you honestly whether a Process Check is worth it. Free, no strings.

Step
02
Process Check, 1–2 weeks

I look at the workflows and talk to the people who work with them every day: dispatch, office, accounting. Fixed price, agreed up front.

Step
03
The result on the table

A document with a process map, time losses in hours and money, and an implementation plan. It is yours — even if we do not work together afterwards.

Step
04
Delivery in stages

We start with the step that saves the most. Fixed price per stage; after each stage you can stop or continue.

The Process Check: a paid first step

Free consulting commits nobody and delivers accordingly. The Process Check costs €1,500–2,500 depending on the size of the company, takes one to two weeks, and ends with a document you can act on with or without me.

First call

20 minutes by phone or on site. Afterwards we both know whether there is anything worth doing here.

Process Check

Your workflows recorded, assessed and turned into an implementation plan. Fixed price.

Delivery

Step by step, starting with the biggest time drain. Ongoing maintenance afterwards if you want it.

What the Process Check contains

1. A map of how it works today: order intake, scheduling, time tracking, invoicing. 2. Where data exists only in someone’s head or on paper. 3. What you can produce today if an audit asks, and how long it takes to put together. 4. Time losses in hours and money per month. 5. An implementation plan with stages, effort and price.

About me

Andrii Tokar, software developer in Wertheim. From 2020 to 2026 I worked on a staffing and dispatch platform serving both companies and private customers — hundreds of thousands of orders a year, €25M+ turnover, hundreds of users in the system every day. I was responsible for the parts that decide who works and what they get paid: worker management, salary calculation, employee ratings and the deals module for corporate clients. I still work with the same company today as an independent contractor, building new services around the legacy core.

Examples from that work
  • Reports that used to time out now finish in about 20 seconds.
  • A grown Yii2 core kept running while new services were built in Symfony.
  • Dispatcher workflows moved into a messenger bot (Telegram), in daily use by thousands of users.
  • Read/write separation with Symfony Messenger and read replicas, so growing load stopped hitting the master database.
On site in the region
Based in Wertheim, on site in Würzburg, Aschaffenburg, Heilbronn and the surrounding area. Workflows are best seen where they happen — the rest of the work is remote.

Technical foundation

Data protection in writing

Hosting in Germany, processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR signed before anyone touches your employee data.

Proven stack

PHP 8, Symfony, MySQL, Redis, Docker. Widely used technology you can still hire developers for in five years.

On the phone without forcing an app

A web app with push notifications or a messenger bot: nothing to install, no app store. A native app only when the job genuinely needs one.

Bottlenecks and legacy systems

Fixing performance problems and maintaining grown PHP systems long term. New parts are built alongside instead of tearing up what runs.
