Tokar IT Keyword Research
An internal tool of Tokar IT (Andrii Tokar) that I use to research, via the Google Ads API, how often people search for particular terms. It is not a public service: nobody but me can sign in, and there is no registration for other people. I sign in with my own Google account via Google OAuth.
What the tool does
I enter a list of search terms, for example "compress pdf". For each country and language, the tool retrieves the average monthly search volume, competition and bid ranges via the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner, KeywordPlanIdeaService) and saves the result as a table.
I use this to decide which software products have enough demand before I build them.
Who uses it
Only I, Andrii Tokar, with my own Google account and my own Google Ads account. The tool runs on my computer; clients or other people have no access.
It only reads keyword planning data. It does not read, create or change campaigns, ads, bids, billing data or user lists.
Privacy policy for Tokar IT Keyword Research

Google data accessed: the app requests only the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, for my own Google Ads account. It calls the Google Ads API KeywordPlanIdeaService to read keyword ideas, average monthly search volume, competition and bid ranges. This data is aggregated across all searchers and contains no information about individual people. The app does not request my name, email address or profile.
Use: solely to research demand for software products I may build.
Storage: the OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on my computer (encrypted disk) until I revoke them. Results are stored there as spreadsheets for as long as I need them for my research.
Sharing: OAuth tokens and Google account data are never shared with anyone. To analyse results, I pass individual result tables (keywords and their aggregated metrics only), at my own direction, to the AI assistant Claude operated by Anthropic PBC (USA); use of this content for model training is switched off in my Anthropic account. Google user data is not shared with anyone else, not sold, not published, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
Deletion: access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access and deleting the local files (including local Claude session transcripts) removes all data held by me; content passed to Claude is deleted by Anthropic under its retention rules (currently 30 days).
Tokar IT Keyword Research's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
